HI Bob congrats on the new ride;interesting that you already have the KawiKlone..Yes the jets can be changed without removing the carbs,however the screws are kind of a one time thing,,,real soft and easily stripped.Best to get the Allen head replacements before you start;you may want to get into those carbs again someday. An 03 T100 should have the 790 motor...110 main jets stock...40 pilots stock.For TORs you COULD actually leave it as is,but probably should go to 115 mains...42 pilots.I would leave the needles alone unless you go with intake mods like airbox removal.Adjust the idle mix screws on the bottom of the carbs if low rpm response seems off.You* may* need to balance the carbs after changing jets.Maybe not.
The good news is that the 790 motors can really be tuned up for extra performance and there are wildly varying theories as to which set up is best.What ever works for you I say :-D Good luck and report back ..There are lots of people here who know more about this than me if you need help.
