I asked the dealer the very same question because I wanted to put the grabrail on when not using the sissybar.
The answer was no you have to buy the entire rig.
By the way anyone else think that they did a horrible job on that lower rail? :???: Very ugly welds and the tubes stops way short of the shocks. I'm thinking I may have to get it powdercoated black to hide the imperfections.
