I have been using a Cramp Buster (I think that is the name). It's apice of plastic which wraps around the throttle grip, an dyou just rest your hand on it to hold a steady spped. It allows you to relax your grip. It cost about $10 and is easlit removed in afew seconds. Give it a try.
