for example, the triple clamp is clear coated as are most if not all aluminum pieces. But do they do this to SS too? Specifically the fork shrouds? I'd like to polish them to a chrome like finish with semichrome polish, but if they are coated i don't want to do it. So does anyone know? They appear not to be, but i just wanted to see if anyone can assure me they are raw metal.
