manual shows 42 pilots and 120 mains withNBAD needles. So it seems as tho they just upped the pilot jets which is the LAST place they should have gone. The mains and needles must still be stock, and the needles cover the largest range and is where i'd start if i were you. The mains are proably ok at stock for now but when you remove the airbox they'll have jets with the kit that arw WAY bigger and must go in when it's removed. before that you won't need nearly as big on the mains. I would wait till you do the airbox to up the mains. But till then i'd say try shimming the needles. You'll probably find it will give you a good bit of power. Once you do the airbox then install the main jets that come with the freak. Don't know what comes with it as far as needles, but you'll definatly need to add more shims or go to a thinner tapered and shorter needle like a thruxton. (i think it's shorter)
Anyway, i think you'd do best to do the freak right away instead of having to get the jetting right twice. Then just install the jets that come with it and if no needles or shims come with it i'd order some shims and thruxton needles and experiement. And make sure to get the allen head carb screws ! once you do that and remove the float bowls and tops for the needles a time or 2 it'll get quick and easy. then you'll have to just experiment as i said. but it'll happen pretty fast over the course of a few times. seems a bit akward getting your hands in there but only at first.
