That is interesting, as I had exactly the same experience after my TBS had its 500 mile service.

It only took another few # of torque to fix.

Maybe the manual say to torque to a certain amount but this needs to be revised with whatever drain plug washers are being used.

I mentioned this to the senior Triumph tech at our dealership today and I am sure that if it is a procedural thing from the factory that he will pick up on it as he has just purchased a new S3 for his daily ride.
