I finally got my bonus check and I've started negotiating with a couple of dealers in my area. They're both offering the same deal on a Jet Black '03 ($7995), but only one of them said that they'd be able to order the '04 SE. He said he'd sell it to me for $8500, so for $500 more I'd love to have the all black bike and the included windscreen & seat cowl.
But of course I'd have to wait for it. He's getting back to me today about how long it would take, but I was fishing to see if anyone here has ordered a bike and how long they had to wait so I had some "real-world" experiences to compare the dealer's estimate with. Thanks in advance.
