After a couple years on a big metric cruiser, my wife and I decided we really can't afford the luxury of a financed bike right now (too many tuition payments) so we sold our Royal Star Tour Deluxe. My wife is bummed!
But the good news is, I managed to buy a '96 Trophy 900 with the cash I netted from the big bike sale. I've coveted a Trophy for a while now, so I'm psyched!! It's even the proper color - BRG. :-D
I'm an old British car and bike nut, so owning a Brit bike just seems right - the quirkier the better. And since my son owns an '02 Daytona, he can show me the Triumph Owner's Secret Handshake (TOSH).
Now if the winter weather would finally break, I could start putting some miles on it!
