Bonnie Died Whilst Idling

So a quick one for the xmas holidays. My bonnie died whilst idling. I'm not too worried as it is a one off so far.

I was moving it on my drive (slight incline) and fiddling with the steering lock as I'm leaving her for a couple of days.

Anyway, I was off the bike whilst it was idling (max 5 min). The kick stand was down, I didn't touch any switches and I doubt it wan't running very hot. It just died, no chuggers, no dramas.

It has a full tank, I haven't fiddled with anything recently, just ran some carb cleaner through the tank.

Any ideas?

It started fine straight after, temp is around 30 degrees at the time so the engine is never truly cold cold but it was running for about 3 min after it died. The choke was off - never had to use this and unsure on idle setting, it doesn't have a tachometer so am unsure on revs, but again I haven't adjusted this.

A few reasons for cutting out at idle on EFI models:

Low idle speed, set to 950-1050 rpm when engine is hot.

Throttle bodies out of balance

Low fuel pressure caused by loose fuel pipes to the fuel pump and filter

Low fuel pressure due to faulty pump, regulator or fuel filter blockage

Weak mixture caused by air leak at manifold to cylinder head face
