Fit the front mudguard extender. It protects the oil cooler a lot!

I like the gel seat, others have been less convinced. Much cheaper than the alternatives.

Tyres depends on what type of riding you do. If its 100% surfaced road I have found Michelin Pilot Roads to be superb. They offer far better grip than the all-road tyres and braking is also much better because of the extra grip.

I also like the Triumph aftermarket can. Improves things but is not obnoxiously loud. You can bimble past plod and he wont give you a second look or let rip and hear the sweet sound of the triple.
