Our roads in Colorado are pretty much ***** at best. I really haven't had too much issue with mine overall. I have mine set on the "firm" setting and wiegh about 90Kg. I'd get with a suspension guy and get the suspension dialed in. You might need to adjust preload, or get different spring rates. The problem you are describing has nothing to do with the bike as a whole, it's all suspension setup.
