Central/Northern California checking in.....
We don't hafta remove our throttle hand to wave here in the states, and I find that people are pretty good 'bout waving back.
- that is to say -
I wave to pretty much anybody/everybody on a motorized two wheeler, even the biker trikers get a wave from me. I'm likely not gonna wait for the OTHER GUY to wave first. I loved having a European headlamp flasher on the Sprint, I would often flash at 'em first then wave.......
