Hey ST,
I agree with you for bikes.
But when it's -30C, a foot of snow on the ground and your car outside, you're going to love remote start. It's a beautiful thing.
Also, it's the device that allows me to keep little things like my wife's car out of my workshop/garage during the long cold winter!
Now I can enjoy my hobbies!
