macmolly How many miles have you got on your bike Triumphs do tend to run a bit hot until you get quite a few miles on them it has l lot to do with to tolerances triumph work to 15 microns the rest work to 35 That is what i have found on all my Triumphs i have had 14 of them My fan only comes on now when i stand for a long time in hot weather I know we don't get the same temp here in the UK than in Phoenix but we do get up in the 80s F
