You might want to have the dealer check it out... you may have a corupt tune that is causing excessive heat, this has happened before.

I'm in the Kansas City area where it routinely gets into the 90s if not the 100s and I don't have an abnormal heat problem. Sure its hot... but thats because... the ambiant air temp is hot. Its by no means unbearable.

I have looked at the backside of the radiator and I don't know why you couldn't make up some covers that have angled louvers in them to direct the hot air outwards. I don't know how effective this would be... only testing a set would tell. The big problem with this is the chrome plating... if you can even find a place (almost impossible) they are outrageously expensive and take forever. These covers would almost have to be painted....
