Looks like I have the following choices...
Gen Mar risers. I saw a nice photo of these with a .375" spacer for a total lift of 1½".
Heli Bars...up 2" and back 1½". Pricey but they look the best for me?
LSL bars. Betcha these are pricey, too, but coolness is way up!
More ideas would be welcomed...
