Triumph, if you are listening, how about a line of performance parts like other manufacturers have done? You could start your Screaming Tiger parts line with a set of factory performance heads that raises the compression to at least to 9.7 to 1. The Rocket's compression of 8.7 to 1 is about the lowest I have seen on any modern motorcycle, and is even lower than stock Harleys. Raising the compression only by 1 point should not significantly affect reliability and would probably add 10 to 15 horsepower. Would anyone else be interested in this type of a product?
