Hi, First thanks to you both for your input, the answer to the first question I am currently running on Michelin Hi Sports which have only done about a 1000 miles, I have a complete service history with the bike but noticed that nothing had been recorded as far as fork maintenance was concerned, the bike has done 21,000 miles, like I said before I have changed the fork oil and renewed the front springs ( Hagon Progressive) and rear shock also hagon ,and the problem still exists. My suspicions now are the Head bearings which I will re grease and adjust over the winter. I hope this is the problem because I really like this bike but not the problem.
