The question could be, how tall are you? I'm 6'2" and the GSXRs are crampped for me. I know, they do have a lower seat height because my wife can almost flat-foot my neighbor's GSXR but is on her tip toes on my 955. I hear the new GSX-R 1000 has an even more cramped seating position.
So, if you're shorter, I could see where the GSXRs might be more comfortable.
