Its not just the brain and sensors but you would need to modify the wiring harness and black box (possib). Might need different forks and swingarm for mounting the sensors. On BMWs the wheels are different as the ABS ring is seperate from the rotors. Its not a simple task and it would probably be as much, if not more, than the loss of selling your bike and buying a new one. One angle would be to wait a bit, sell your and buy a used ST-ABS.
