I had a 00St for 5 years Stood outside all that time rain shine snow ice the lot always started first time. Method turn key wait 5 seconds for fuel pump to do its thing hit the start button Crannnnnnk start, the main thing never touch the throttle not even a little let the engine management do it's stuff. Hope my new ST 1050 is as good when I get it, the old one only let me down once on starting and that was after 3.5 years battery was ready for replacement.
