Greetings,

After a couple of weeks on the Sprint, the only glitch that constantly annoys me is the curious starting procedure. When I first got the bike, I would crank it once for a couple of seconds, and then it would always start on the second crank. Warm or cold. Now, it seems completely inconsistent, sometimes catching on the first crank, sometimes cranking twice, three times, or four times in a parking lot yesterday. Warm or cold makes no difference, either. I commuted to work last week for three days successively, and the starting issue was the only frustration I had. The bike is going in next week for the fuel connector recall, and I'll have them check it out. I have run several tanks of fuel through on my drive home when I bought the bike. The previous owner was the one who taught me the 2 crank start procedure.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
