Hmm, let's see... Machine is warm, I turn the ignition on, I get on the starter... cranking, cranking, cranking.... nothing. Try it with gas, try it without, try it with a little, use the kill switch, don't use the kill switch, try it on a headstand... No reason whatsoever, out of the blue, the bastard won't start (especially if among other bikes!) Then, depending on his mood, x minutes and y tries later, it'll start like nothing happened :???:
This is a "so-called" problem??? None of my japanese bikes gave me this kind of ****e. If I didn't love the bastard so... Strangely, it did get better in time.
I dunno about you guys, but I miss the carbs. At least they were supposed to suck ! (and sounded good too).
Also, what's up with a 11K bike without self-cancelling indicators?

Sound like you DO have an issue of some sort. My 06 starts right up. I cranks a few times when cold, but hits right on the money when warm.
I agree, self cancelling signals would be nice, but it's not that big of a deal... :-D
Clocked another century today... powerband, throttle response... everything is settling in nicely.
