Why go out of province? There's lots of competent motorcycle mechanics in Saskatoon and Regina.
The simplicity of the Bonneville means that just about any competent mechanic can work on it.

P.S. By the way, it's going to cost about $500 to crate and ship both ways. That said, the whole issue of which dealer charges less for sevice becomes moot. Unless of course you are planning a road trip to Calgary or Edmonton....
