As also having my bike as my main transportation (as well as hating driving out here in LA), I can feel your pain!!!! My issue wasn't "warranty" related, but my bike was tied up at the dealer for over a month back in January awaiting "crappy" repairs from a minor accident I was in. It was heaven when I finally picked her up (oh yeah and re-did some of the so-called repairs). By the way, my other means of transportation was a 1990 Toyota Corolla (4 Banger, Automatic) - DROVE ME NUTS!!!!!
Hopefully they are done dicking around and you will be back on two wheels sooner then later!!!
