They're one of those types of dealers that are dedicated to another brand (in this case BMW) and don't really know much about Triumphs other than the fact it's a motorcycle. From talking to a few triumph owners that have been there, it sounds like the service people there don't know squat about triumphs. So to be honest, I don't trust them enough to take my bike to them to get repaired. I'd rather drive 3-4 hrs to take it to a "Real" triumph dealer instead of a second rate one that is down the street.
Oh, and i'm looking at M & M Powersports in Bryan/College Station as well in case anyone has had any dealings with them.
