Ah ha! There is a post about leaking head gaskets here and this may be related. Since you also own an 03, it has been reported, in very few cases, all 03s, (most dealers cannot identify the actual problem, kudos to the ones that did) but it appears there may be some breather tubes out there that are slightly too long and do not allow the heads to bolt down properly. This sounds like it may be one of those, be sure the dealer checks the actual length of the tube when they pull it. And you definetly have to remove the entire head to get it out. When I did my big bore i got it all torqued down and found the breather tube on the bench. Had to pull it all apart again to put it back in. Grrrr.
