To all,
Every once in awhile we do get into a stimulating conversion which is very good for all of us. It gives us a chance to find information and learn especially so when there is some passion involved.
This medium of communication is a wonderful tool. Look at the people we can "visit" with now from all corners of the globe because we all share something and we can become friends. 10-12 years ago we couldn't have done this.
The one thing that is difficult at least for me is to properly articulate myself in writing and wanted all to know that anything that I've said was not in a mean spirited vein nor ment to belittle anyone. But after visiting several other sites I've seen that a lot of knowledge comes down and becomes more on the lines of urban legends than factual help.
I would like to keep that from happening here. I should start another thread airing my thoughts on this but this is as good of one as any.
The more facts that we can direct others to is great.
If you try something let us know what led you to this and what research you did to decided upon this course of action. then the results. If it's just a seat of the pants feeling that's fine too. I think it would be interesting to try this and see where it goes rather than relying on the old legends. Do see where I'm thinking and any ideas?
Even if it's a DAMN! I just gotta have it kind of thing let us know how it goes.
Actually the SCCA thing was a Austin Healey 3000.
