Cant compare the Staintunes to the Reverse cones as I have never seen the reverse cones or heard them. The Staintunes look and sound mint.
If you want to get a 3 into 1system, go for the steel/chrome ones. Might not last as long as the stainless system, but it sure makes oil changes a lot easier.
