I installed the grab rail on my 05 Bonneville a couple of months ago. It was a complete piece of cake (yes the read fender has to come off but it's not a problem). The only problem I had was with getting my Corbin gunfighter & lady seat back on. The grabrail and/or dresser bar (can't remember which) interferred slightly with the sides of the Corbin. The fix was easy. I shimmed the Corbin seat rear bracket with a couple of washers. Problem solved. -dh
