Last week I fitted nonfango panniers and a topbox to my Trident. It took a little hacking as the rack I had was for a Yamaha FZS600 but the additional parts needed were two 2.5" x 3/4" flat plates to attach the topbox frame (These attached to the indicator mounting points) and a lot of hammering of the brackets that run from the pannier frames to the grabrail mounting points.
If you want to know more about this I will get some some photos once I get the camera back in a few weeks.
For me the total cost (using ebay a lot) was £225.00 including delivery on everything. That was the racks, new indicators, 2 40 litre panniers and a 48l Topbox.
