agree on the cost for the panniers. recently picked up a pair of leather bags from a friend of mine. ( they fit perfect). have a friend who is a metal worker and in an hour, had the rails made for me. we had to drill out the pilot holes in the seat rail, but just mounted everything today. would be happy to supply at least bag dimensions or send a pic if it would help.
