Well, it's been a week, so I thought I'd tell you what I've done so far. As I said, I'm vertically challenged, 5'7" on a good day. I turned the axle eccentrics to the top, which gained about an inch and a quarter, and the Corbin seat gains about an inch or so. With this done, I can get the balls of my feet firmly down. The center stand wouldn't work after these mods, so I cut an inch and an eighth off the bottom, and re welded the feet. The previous owner had dropped it on the right, so I had to repair the lever part of the stand anyhow. Lets hope this weak back can get it on the stand now. I also ordered Bridgestone 020's, which will be mounted Monday. So far I really like this bike, the Norton will be jealous! Oh yeah, the side stand lets the bike lean too far, and that is the result of the hole in the lug being oval. I guess the next project will be to make a hard bushing to tighten up the side stand. That's all for now.
