You might want to go down in size on your carburetor main jets. I don't know what kind of carbs are on that bike, or if it even uses carbs, but on constant velocity carbs such as the Keihin CVK, there is some inherent correction for altitude due to the effect of the change in air pressure on the diaphragm. In general, you will run richer at altitude than at sea level, so you want to--as j98sprint said--lean out the bike, either by using smaller main jets, or increasing air flow with a freer flowing filter and/or exhaust. Check with the closest Honda dealer for exact recommendations for your bike.
