I used them in my 79 Bonneville(sold). Instant improvement. Started 1 kick always, idled smoother and at a lower rpm. Throttle response was "crisp". These were bonafide definate absolute improvements without a doubt, and the bike ran fine prior when using NGK platinums. Seat of the pants acceleration seemed somewhat better, but I will admit that as with a loud exhaust, you can make yourself believe there is improvement. It felt improved to me.
I used them on my 95 Speed Triple(sold) Instant improvement. Idled smoother, and had much better throttle response and definately accelerated better/stronger. The front wheel came up easier than prior when running standard NGKs. Both bikes were in tip-top tune, and using these plugs allows the engine to perform to the best of it's design. Read carefully again, not saying you will Magically make more horsepower, only that your ignition will perform to it's best. What it's truely capable of....with what it can only do. There's more to Iridium's than just longevity. Read about the theory and differences in the large diameter vs small diameter electrodes and you'll see how there will be improvement.

Yes, more modern ignitions may see very lttle improvement, but you will at least see longer life, and better idle and perhaps a slight improvement in throttle response in most cases....albeit so slight that many may not notice. Again, read about resistance at the plug and it's effects in the ignition system......... what would you rather use.

:-D
