The 6 pots on my bike had Helicoils in them when I got the bike, which made me kind of nervous, so I purchased a set of 6 pot Tokicos off of a 2000 ZX7 from Ebay for $80. They bolted right on and I'll be able to get pads right down the street at the Kawi dealer.
They don't quite have the power of the Triumph parts, they may need more bleeding, but they work very well. It still has one finger braking, just not two finger stoppies.
I couldn't believe how simple and inexpensive this mod was. for those with T3s who want better braking, this is the answer!
