If this is your first time installing a motorcycle tire then you need to make sure that you have it indexed correctly in relation to the valve stem.
There is a mark on the tire to show where the valve stem goes. (usually a yellow donut shape)
Also make sure you installed the tire in the correct rotational direction. (arrows on the sidewall show the correct direction)
