Yes, the bike is kinda top heavy, especially with a full thank-o-gas. I have practiced slow speed turns quite a lot since I bought the bike, and have done a couple bike courses (MSF ERC, L.P. Total Control). I have learned the sweet spot of the bikes center of gravity, and now use that top-heaviness to toss it into corners or turns. It is much more enjoyable to let the bike (and gravity) to do all the hard work!
