Nobody will patch a bike tire in the US. Too many lawyers have told them that a plug voids the speed rating. If you don't plan on doing track days or high speed work with the bike, just get a plug kit from the closest auto parts store and fix it yourself. You should get a new tire if the hole is in the sidewall, but in the tread you should be OK. I had something similar happen to a tire with only 500 miles on it. I wore out the tire after plugging it. The main concession to a damaged tire is that I didn't take it above 80 mph that much or for very long. It could fail if the carcas has been damaged in the wrong way, but then again, it will probably be fine.
