Seems like you filled the airbox up with oil when the bike went over. That would explain the initial smoke on start-up.

The crankcases vent into the airbox. Probably when the bike was down you lost some oil that way, and it is now finding a way out of the airbox.

There should be a drain hose & plug leading down from the airbox. Try removing the plug and letting any surplus oil drain.

Also, did you top up the oil since the tip ? Too much oil in the engine will cause the same problem, the excess ends up in the airbox.
