Glad you like the Tiger. 200 miles is nothing for that engine. You'll see big improvements as it loosens up. Don't expect it to be fully loosened up 'til she's done 6,000 plus. But that's not an excuse to be gentle, 'cos she thrives on hard work, and she'll be all the stronger for it.
Treat youself to the Triumph "sport" can.
Getting her up on the centre stand shouldn't be a problem if you show her who's boss. Right foot on the stand, crack it down to the ground, hoik her up by the n/s rear peg bracket and she's up.
