Should get a free year each time you buy a new bike. It's true that you only get one RAT number I believe, though! I let mine lapse for a couple of years, and they gave me the same number when I came back....
I'd send a note to
ratamerica@triumph.co.uk and see what they say. Most likely, it slipped thorugh the cracks, or perhaps your dealer did not submit the paperwork?
