Avon Venom-X tires

Progressive Suspension 11-1144 front springs.

Set the fork oil level to 120 mm with the PS springs installed and the tubes fully extended.

You can drill the mufflers, but the offroad pipes are a better choice since they save a lot of weight.

For the stock air filter box, K&N filter, #100 main jets, #40 pilot jets, stock needles and mixture screws at around 1.5 turns if they've been previously adjusted. If they haven't been adjusted, leave them alone.

The best power I've gotten from my 2K Adventurer is 73 RWHP with the stock bike turning in 61 RWHP on the dyno. That's with the stock cams and pistons, modified Trophy airbox, Factory Pro needles, #145 main jets and #40 pilot jets.

If you want to go further you can install the Factory Pro needles, a Trophy airbox, bigger cams, higher compression pistons, custom pipes... depends on how much you want to spend.

I installed a set of Trophy cams last week and have noticed a significant high-rpm power boost, but have not as yet worked out the jetting or done a dyno run.
