Sounds like your fuel connectors are failing. I would get myself to a Triumph dealer ASAP to have the recall done. When they really go, they will spew a LOT of gas all over the motor when it's running (when the lines are pressurized).

Personally, I would recommend paying for the $85 all metal fuel fitting kit from Team Triumph. The recall only replaces the male halves of the two fuel fittings. The Team Triumph kit replaces the whole mess.
