I imagine you have a leak at the fuel connector fittings. I can't tell from reading your post if you have had the recall done or not.
Pull the right side panel, turn on the ignition (but don't start the bike) and look for the fuel leak. Be careful, it might be spraying fuel. If it is not leaking with just the ignition on, try starting the bike and again watch and wait for the leak. You need to determine if the leak is coming from the fittings.
If you have not had the recall done, my advice is to take it to the nearest dealer, because you most likely have a cracked plastic fuel fitting.
If you have had the recall done, I might still head back to the dealer, if convenient. Any dealer work should be covered by the dealer for 12 months. They should fix it for you.
If the dealer is not convenient, and you've had the recall done, I'm guessing you either have a torn/compressed o-ring in the fiitting. You can try disconnecting the fitting and re-connecting it. Put a healthy amount of grease on the o-ring before re-connecting, else you might tear it more. If this doesn't work you need a new o-ring for the fitting. Again the best place is the dealer. They should give you a few for free. I tried finding a substitute at NAPA and other places, but none were the exact size of the (metric) o-ring supplied by triumph.
