Mine too and it seems the MIN/MAX levels on the coolant expansion chamber are a bit on the high side. If I fill the coolant exactly to the MIN mark with a cold bike and run the bike hot it will dump some coolant on the first stop.
I think this is because the cooling fan will not run while the bike is off, so immediatelly after stopping the engine will heat more than it ever would while running.
