Givi is one solution. Makes the box sit slightly higher.
Another is to modify the front hook on the box slightly so it will hook up with the second crossbar on the rack instead of first. Then you make a wide U-shape from stainless or cromed tube approx 10-12mm thick. The U should fit under the rack and protrude at the rear so you get a hold for the rear locking hook.
To mount the U-shaped tube to the carrier, file openings that fit the tube diameter at the rear of rack,1 each side, then drill two holes in each leg of the tube and bolt it up underneath the rack(you have to drill through the rack. Use countersunck stainless screws inserted from above) - protruding at the rear enough to compensate for the amount you moved the front mounting rearwards.
