One more aspect to the factory break in with easy start and gradually increasing the rpm as the time goes.

Imagine what would happen especially in the USA if Triumph or any other manufacturer tells to break it in the Motoman way? Some noob buys a powerful bike and reads the manual which tells him to give it from the fathers hand from the day one. The bike kicks the rider off the back and we have a multi million dollar law suite. This is why every manufacturer advises to start easy and gradually increase from there after you get used to the machine.

I personally believe in the ring seating theory using hard roll ons.
