Furque, if my bike is the spitting image of yours then you must have an absolutely gorgeous bike :-D
The lip is mounted with this mongo strong double stick tape.
I know it sounds weird but this is some serious $hit. Make sure you clean the area where the tape sticks with alcohol and put it on when it's warm out and let it sit over night. I have had this bike up to (insert serious law breaking speed here) many times and it will not budge. The lip has a unique design that allows some air to pass under a little opening in the front that equalizes the pressure to some degree. You can also bolt it on but I didn't see the need. I have had it on for almost a year and no issues in both very hot and cold temps. You can remove the lip, but you really have to want it off.
As for the Rad cowl's, I have had that little badge sitting in my desk drawer for the last year and finally put it on right after I took that pic. Not sure if I going to leave it on though.
