Not to worry - they are various breather hoses and overflow lines.
Mine "marks it's territory" a bit with coolant after a hot ride. I think the dealer over-filled the reservoir the last time I had it in. Temp gauge has been running in the normal range, so I'm not worried yet. If it continues to be a problem, I'll take it back in. It is slightly embarrassing to be parked next to a Harley and it's your bike that's doing the leaking!!!
